Filing county

Court charges its own filing fee. We pass it through at cost. No markup.

What's not in your plan
  • Court filing fees and constable service costs are passed through at the actual amount the county charges. No markup.
  • If the tenant pays before filing, you owe only the notice fee. You don't pay for work we didn't do.
  • Move-out crew time can run longer for hoarder units or large properties. We confirm the estimate before scheduling the lockout.
  • Appeals are rare. Most cases resolve in JP court. If yours appeals, we coordinate, attorney fees pass through.
